We believe that if a costume doesn’t work out, you should have options – just like choosing between being a witch, ghost, or superhero for Halloween! This policy explains how to return or exchange items that don’t meet your expectations.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. That’s plenty of time to try on your costume and make sure it’s perfect for your spooky celebrations!
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are as final as a vampire’s bite! The following cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- 🎠Costume Make-up (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- 🧔 Costume Facial Hair (once applied, it’s yours forever!)
- 💄 Costume Make-up (opened products cannot be resold)
Note: These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Step 3: Package and Ship
Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Confirmation
Once we receive your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Exchanges will be processed immediately, while refunds will be initiated within the timeframe below.
Refund Information
We process refunds with more speed than a witch on a broomstick!
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees – we’re not that kind of haunted house!

Want a different size or style? No problem!
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
- We’ll ship your exchange item using the same shipping method as your original order
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
Since we serve customers globally (except Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
