• Asian countries
• Remote areas (as determined by our shipping carriers)

• Costume Make-up & Facial Hair: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
• All costume sizes are based on standard measurements – check our size charts carefully!
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences
• Some props may require adult supervision

5. Returns and Exchanges – Our Promise of Satisfaction

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. That’s plenty of time to try on your costume and make sure it’s perfect for your spooky celebrations!

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are as final as a vampire’s bite! These cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

• Costume Make-up (for obvious hygiene reasons)
• Costume Facial Hair (once applied, it’s yours forever!)
• Opened costume make-up products

Note: These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Information

We process refunds with more speed than a witch on a broomstick!

• Refund Method: Original payment method
• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
• No restocking fees – we’re not that kind of haunted house!
